Was it just cold in the forest, or was it absolutely freezing? Are you hungry or are you starving? There are times when we really want to emphasize something, where normal adjectives just won’t do. This is where Non-Gradable Adjectives come in handy, as not only are these words more expressive, they make what we’re trying to say sound a lot more interesting too!
